Life is stressful for everyone right now — for everyone, including me. Most of us are hiding inside, quarantined from the world, and worrying about many things — including money.
Today, I came across something relevant to us designers who use Adobe Creative Cloud. I read the post on Facebook, tilting my head. Was it true? Was it that easy?
I called 800.833.6687.
I pressed Option 1.
I against pressed Option 1.
Next, I selected Option 2 to speak with someone. They offered the option to be placed in a queue for a callback — no problem. I was given a “within 44 minutes” time.
A bit later, I got my call.
“I read online that Adobe is offering free subscription time at the moment, due to the pandemic, and wanted to ask about it.”
After conversing with the representative for just a couple of minutes, I now don’t pay again until July. Three months of free subscription time, with me not paying again until July! Sweet! What a relief. Just one less thing to worry about. I’m supremely grateful.
